VISA interview in OTTAWA, CANADA

Hi,
I work in NY and have my H1B visa interview on 10th May 2017 in Ottawa, Canada.

I had a couple of questions:
1. I was wondering just if Ottawa is a Port of Entry to Canada? I'll be traveling from NYC to Ottawa.

2. How many calendar days did it take you to get your passport back?

3. Is Ottawa also a port of entry to USA? Or will it be JFK or Newark airport in my case?
