Problem with form DS156

I have my H1B visa interview in June. I filled the DS156 and DS157 forms through VFS website. I downloaded the acrobat files. When I tried opening it, I got a message saying "Expected a dict object". After that i realised that for 1-2 questions, the Yes or No has not been selected. Example: For the question, Have u ever been to the US before?

Has anybody faced this issue? If this is the case, can we manually fill the correct circle using black pen?????

you can manually fill or type and then take printout other than VFS forms .you can avail empty 156 forms on usembassay site
