Hi All,
I am currently on a H1B visa with company AAA. The visa is valid until DEC 2019.
The company has direct contract with the client as of now.
AAA--> Client
We might have some changes on the way .
1] Instead of direct contract from AAA to client there will be one more layer AAA --> YYYY Company --> Client
2] My Salary ( Might be reduced few $ / hour )
Things that will not change
- My client / work location / Project
- My employer ( AAA will be still generating my paystubs )
- My duties and responsibility will be same.
Is this considered a material change?
Do we need to file any LCA or H1B Amedment with USCIS or my current H1B will be still valid?
Thanks
