H4EAD question and H1B Transfer question

Hi Friends,

I am getting a lot of offers and willing to change my employer, everyone is asking if I have to get H1b transferred. What are the risks involved?

Second question is for my wife. My wife is pregnant and she is on OPT. Since pregnancy might get critical so she wants to get transferred to H4EAD. Can we file COS and H4EAD at the same time?
