H4 to H1 to H4 stamping issue- Pl. Advise

Hi All,

I got twice 221(G) and third time put for Administrative process in Chennai consulate for my H1 regarding my client project details, Now I want to take back case from consulate and even my employer wants to withdraw case. I am planning to go for H4 stamping. How to take back case from consulate? Is anybody having any idea? Your input is highley appreciated.
