Will I be considered OUT OF STATUS?

Hi IMMIHELP

My Visa stamp was expiring on April 2004 but my previous employer send out the extension papers in March.

I moved to another company in September but till that time I didnt recieved the extension papers but when I checked online it was approved and send out June 21st.

I had some issues with previous employer and dont know wheather he ever recieved those or not?

Will I be facing any problem if I go to India for stamp renewal / OR will I be considered out of status.

Please let me know urgent and take me out of this fix.

What was I-94 validity date?

If a person has overstayed beyond 6 months past I-94 date, a 3 year entry bar would apply on re-entry and if overstayed beyond 12 months, a 10 year bar will be applied during re-entry.

As I mentioned in my message, My papers went out for extension and was approved also but I never got the papers,
When it was approved, I guess they must be having new I94 valid for the period extended.

What are your views?
