Hello, I am an H1b employee with I-140 approved, I am in the process of getting my H1b extended past the 6-year mark. Since the last time (2014) my H1b was renewed, I moved my residence from Oklahoma to Pennsylvania, with no change in job duties or responsibilities. I am a stack tester and my job involves traveling to different client locations to validate their emissions from equipment and I have been doing this since 2011. My original h1b and the subsequent renewal happened when I was located in Oklahoma, where our main office is located. I got married and moved to Pennsylvania keeping my job duties and responsibilities the same, I just cut down the time I used to travel between projects by relocating my residence. I just don't have a work desk anymore that I had in Oklahoma, everything else has stayed the same. Does this demand an H1b amendment and a new LCA to my case?
