Employment verification letter for H1B visa interview

Hi,

I changed my visa status from F1 to H1B in US. I am going to Delhi for visa stamping for the first time in next two weeks.

For employment verification letter, I want to know whether I could use the employment verification letter (not on my company's letter head) or should I ask it from HR on company's letter head with their signature.

Can anyone share their experience please?
