HI ,
Currently i'm working with Company A . I filed my amendment due to location and client change on Dec 2016 . 10 Days before i got a new Offer from company B i took it and mytransfer was filed in premium before april 3 .I got my h1 transfer aslo approved .I have not moved to company b , Im in notice period of company A.Today i got mail from the new company attorney, my old petition got approved and they dont see a date in the USCIS website. They asked to check with the employer to check when it was approved wither before transfer or after transfer
What implication i might have if my amendment got approved after transfer
