Hi guys, need your inputs on it. I am an experienced software developer with more than 10 years of experience. I am in US for last 8 years and going for an extesnion based on by approved I140.
I was filed as level 1 Computer developer last time,LCA wage was around 75k. I do currently get salary of 100k.
This time when I am filing for extension do you think they should file for Level 2 wage? Appreciate your responses and thanks for your time.
