I have a question on H1B extension and would appreciate any feedback.
My current employer A filed my H1b in 2014 which is expiring in Sep 2017. Last year my employer had to change it's name from A to B because of the division got bought by a different company. I also got my approved I-140 last year.
My employer is in process to file my extension ( not through lawyer). They have to start with the LCA first.
My questions is-
1. Does my employer need to provide any kind of documentation that they changed their name from A to B and at what stage they need to provide this and how? I mean LCA or I-129?
