Greetings.
I came to USA in 2016 through Company X (1st year of H1B). I got an offer from Company Y in March 2017 and Y started non-premium transfer. I got another offer from Z at the same time(better opportunity) but they were very slow in making progress. Hence, I had to join Y in April after getting receipt notice. Now, Z is interested to take my employment forward and ready to do H1B transfer. But, there is a RFE on Y's transfer.
Questions:
1. While sharing I797 copy and recent pay-stubs to Company Z, should I give from Company X? I've one pay stub from X in April
2. Should I need to reveal any information to Z about my current employment with Company Y?
