    New H4 visa while H1B is in extension

    Hi,

    My H1B is in extension process (expires after 1 month ) and currently Im in US. Can I apply H4 for my wife ?
    My wife has already H1B stamped (she is in India) and I want to bring her by H4. Is there any way she can switch after sometime to H1B and work ?

    Please let us know your suggestions. Thanks in advance.
