H4 Pending Approval - Can I apply for H4 EAD
Dear Experts: Please advise me on my following situation.
I applied for H1b extension + h4 extension (March 21, 2017) together and got h1b approved, but h4 extension is still pending approval. (USCIS Nebraska).
My question is: can I apply for H4 EAD with H4 receipt notice before getting approval notice. or should I apply again H4 extension together with H4 EAD .
The objective here is only to get h4 EAD as soon as possible before expiring my current validity & would have to lose my job.
