can I earn more with H1?

Hi all,
I am trying to explore other opportunities to earn more income while on H1B visa.
I came on F1, got into H1B based on my F1. My primary income and visa will last for another 5 yrs.

I know I cannot work in a different job (not even part time)/unrelated to my education say medicine to computers (IT).

What are the possibilities of getting income like that? Can i register a company in india and get US dollars to be paid to that company rather than to me?
how about getting income as gift certificates or something like that?

Any information will be much appreciated.

There are restrictions to work in US and earn from only specified employer on visa.

There are no restrictions on bringing money from other country by way of gift which to some limits is not considered as income.
