I have a problem where me and my spouse got the H1B and H4 respectively sometimes last year. However my son who was born after our stamping does not have the Visa stamping.
My company is trying to apply for his visa but the earliest appointment in Chennai possible is only in Sep. I have to urgently travel to the US and want to take my family along.
Does the US consulate consider such cases and allow for an urgent Visa appointment? Can they accept a drop box application in such a case
Anybody who has had similar experiences, please provide inputs.
