  • Stamping for new Employer

I recently changed my Employer in April 2017 and also my Visa got expired in August 2016.
I have petition approved till March 2020 from my current employer.

I am planning to visit India in December for 2 weeks but I donot want to risk anything.
Please guide me if I can get the visa stamping done in 2 weeks or it will take more time.

    Thanks.

As you will not be eligible for Dropbox, I would suggest keeping a buffer of extra one week, and do ensure all your paperwork (client letter, MSA/SOW etc ) are in order.

Also, if Govt shutdown happens in September and extends till Dec then you may have to change the plans.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
