LastName change on H4 Visa after receiving New passport
Hi,
I have a situation where my wife came to USA with her maiden name and when she went to india, she decided to change her last Name on her passport.
She entered USA with both passports and visa stamping on her old passport.
Now while applying for DL, the want her to change the Last Name on her Visa as well. Went to USCIS and they said we need to contact National Visa Center. the NVC said USCIS would handle these cases and since the applicant is already in USA.
Does any one know how to change her Name in VISA after changing the Name in her passport.
