Hi,
My Wife had got her H1b picked from 2 companies last year.
1. 1st Got an I129 deniel and employer told us that he has resubmitted the docs for i129 denial. My question is: is there a way to track the resubmitted case, we have the original receipt number.
2. She got a rfe for 2nd H1b in Nov and employer updated the RFE in Jan 17 , but the case is still showing the status as RFE document received. Anybody still on the same boat ? What can we do?
Please help.
