H4 Travel after H1 been picked in lottery

Hi All,

i'm in USA on h4 visa which is valid till 2019.

we applied for h1b this year and it got picked in lottery .

now, i have to go back to India and resign from my current company and serve the notice period. ( 1-2 months).


Please tell me , if i can come back on h4 visa and start working on h1 from Oct this year.
will there be any issue ?

Was H1 applied as COS(Change of Status) or as CP (Consular Process) ?
