Hi,
I have a peculiar case... I have applied for H1-extension from India under CAP exemption in Dec-2014. Later received RFE notice, for which the details were submitted by May-2015. I have received my Approval Notice (I797B) on 03-May-2017 (yes after 2 years!!!), but the validity period is from May-2015 to May-2016 (which has already expired). Is this a valid case please? Do I need to start over for my extension again ? Please suggest.
