My H1B Visa expires by August 2017 and my i797 is valid till March 2018. Am planning to go to India for a vacation by June and returning by July. Am looking for suggestions to whether go for Stamping in India or can come back with out any issues with the existing Visa. Am worried since i will have only one month left in my Visa during my port of Entry. Please suggest.
