Appointment Letter or Experience Letter?

Hi,

I have worked for an Indian Startup for an year after my graduation. Now I got my H1B picked up from a different company in US, so should I carry just the experience letter of my current Indian Startup or will I need the appointment letter too for the interview? I am asking this because my appointment letter is torn.

Also, please let me know what all documents are required from my current Indian startup for the interview.

Not really required. Experience letter is enough, I doubt they will ask for it though.
