Mistake in Appointment Made By in APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION

Hello Everyone,

I got my H1B. I am going for H1B stamping. However, today I have notice couple of things that I wanted clarify

1. In form, Appointment Made By: has name santosh patel not patel, santosh mangaldas, Applicant Name: is correct.
will it create problem ?

2. Applicant Name: is in all lower case like patel, santosh mangaldas. Not like Patel, Santosh Mangaldas.
will it create problem ?

If yes, then how can i solve this issue.
