Switched company from A TO B Want to travel from A

I have switched from company-A (filed my H1b) to Company-B and Company-B has transfer my H1b .

I have never been to US i am still in india and i see approved H1b status in both cases.

If i switch back to company A(h1b validity is till Aug-18 and my Visa not cancelled/revoked)

1.Do i need to re-transfer my H1b ?

2.Will i face any issues during entry?

2. Don't think so as long as you have A's approved and valid I797.
