My wife just started a new project under the EVC model. The client has allowed her to work from home and she just needs to go to the client location once in 2-3 months.
The employer has filed a new LCA and also the H1 amendment to reflect the change.
She is traveling to India next month for stamping.
1. What are the documents she should be carrying with her for the visa interview?
2. What should she write as the work location in the DS 160 (Employer Address, Home Address or Client Address)?
3. What should her answer be if the VO asks for work location etc?
4. Also can she take her baby along with her (10 months old - US citizen) ?
Please advise.
