Hi All,
I traveled to US in the last year on H1B. Then my wife got the H4 stamping in the last year, but hasn't traveled to US yet. In the meanwhile I switched jobs and got my new H1B petition approved. I am planning to get my wife here. Does she needs to go to H4 stamping again? And a couple of months back we are blessed with a baby. I need to apply for Visa for my kid. In the required documents list, it was written that we need to attach the visa copies of both parents, while applying for visa. I haven't got my H1B stamping with the new employer. So, how do I proceed to get the visa for my kid? Can someone let me know how to proceed?
