H1 Renewal - Please help - URGENT

Hi,

Mumbai consulate usually requires all applicants to send copies of supporting documents 5 days ahead of the interview.

I read somewhere on this website that "returning workers" (H1 renewal cases) don't have to send the documents in advance? Is this true? Has anyone done this before? It would save lot of headaches for me. Please reply asap.

It is a requirement even for renewal cases

Where did you read that you are not required to send the documents 5 days in advance.

I have scheduled an appointment on 06/19/2006 and have already sent the documents to the VFS address.

If your attending for Mumbai Consulate even for renewal need to drop the documents 5 days before the schedule appointment...

If you need more information call vfs office in mumabi..
