H4 EAD working if person on H1B moves out of USA

Hello,

I am working on H4 EAD and My spouse wants to go and stay in India.
Can i continue working on H4 EAD even if he leaves USA?

Basically he will go out of status from H1B if he leaves the country.
He will not get salary in USD.

No you cannot. As H1 leaves US, for long duration, H4 should leave too.
