H4 Travelling to India while extension is in progress
Hi,
We have H1 and H4 visa stamped is till 13th Sep 2017.
My wife is planning for a India Trip in from Jun 1 till Jul 8.
I have initiated the extension process for both me and my spouse. If H1 and H4 extension is filed, can my wife travel to India and come back on the same stamped visa that is on her passport. Will there be any issue in doing so?
Do we have to refile for her H4 extension?
Also, my wife has H4 EAD valid till 13th Sep 2017. Will there be any issue in renewing it. She hasn't worked so far on the EAD.
