Account Manager and H1B

I am interested in a role as ACCOUNT MANAGER in a big company in the Bay Area.
I am finishing my MBA in business.

Do you think I can apply to that role first with my OPT and after some months change it to H1B that I have from previous job?
Is account manager considered a speciality occcupation?

I have an MBA.
I am trying to get a job and was thinking to target roles where my H1B applies.

You can have an MBA, but if a highschool graduate can do the job, it ain't a H-1B job. See my point?
