I am on H1 and going for stamping. Can I take my daughter H4 on my spouse H1

I am going for stamping in India. My daughter is currently on H4 (as dependent for my spouse's H1). My spouse changed employer one year back, however her new employer didn't file H4 extension as my daughter has visa till 2018. Can I take my daughter for H4 stamping when I go for my H1 stamping?

If she is not goign to attend the interview, you cannot take her with you to the consulate.
