H1b amendment request denied
Hi Team
One of my friend's H1 B amendment request got denied. I have few questions about it.
1) Can his employer file for amendment once again?
2) Can my friend continue working from same location if answer to question #1 is yes?
3) If amendment can not be filed again, how much time he has before moving out of United States or move back to LCA location?
