    Hi - I got same kind of query and my employer is unable to provide documents b'coz he is not sure how to prepare documents.
    If you have FORMAT can u plz send me or let me know your experience .

    Here is the My query on G221

    G221 for Project Description and Letter from supervisor at the end client location

    ALL - I got G221 for Project Description and Letter from supervisor at the end client location ---- Can anyone help me plz
    I was asked these two documents. (Do anyone have these kind of format????)

    1. A signed letter from the beneficiary's prospective supervisor at the end client location to which he will be assigned, stating the client's intention to make use of the beneficiary's services and explaining the nature and duration of the project to which he will be assigned.

    2. A detailed and specific description of the internal development project to which the beneficiary will be assigned. Include a complete technical description of the project, timeline, current status, number of employees assigned to it, location of the work site and a marketing analysis for the final product.

          Vendor letter

          This letter format works if Vendor is issuing the letter and client is validating it.You can even use this as client letter with minor changes

          To whomsoever it may concern


          This letter is to confirm that, <<your Name>> ,is an employee of <<ur employer>>, is working as a Consultant at our client site with <<Client Name>> since <Date>> on <<project>>. He is involving in design discussions, development and Production Support. The Project is estimated to go through the end of the year.

          He is reporting to <<Project Manager>>and his contact number is <<number>>

          His(or ur name) contract with <<Client name>> is through <<preferred vendor Name>> and his employer, <Employer Name>> is approved sub vendor of <<preferred vendor>>

          Please contact the undersigned at <<number>>if you need any further clarifications.
