intent to revoke notice was sent h1b

Currently, i received the intent to revoke notice was sent h1b for my earlier approved petition.

I have applied for the H1B amendment 7 months back still did not receive any updates on that, But my previous approved petition status changed back to intent to revoke notice was sent.
What are the probabilities in my situation.

can i able to switch to the new company pr any other options please let me know the suggestions.
