Hi,
I have approved H1B/I-94 valid till Aug 2018 with Employer A.
I moved to employer B and filed H1B transfer in regular for Client C1 in Aug 2016. After 6 months I moved to Client C2 at different work location. And my employer B filed H1B amendment for location change.
Now, I got an RFE asking end-client C1 details like nature of work,etc.. and employee-employer relation.
Since I moved to Client C2 and filed H1B amendment and they are asking C1 details not sure if it will be approved.
Now my question is Can I move to different employer C(another H1 transfer)?
What are my options in case if H1B petition gets rejected?
