Hi,
My first 3 years on my H1 visa got expired on Oct 2016.Now, my new I797 is valid until Oct 24, 2017. I have my Visa stamping on Aug 5, 2017 which is less than 3 months from my expiration date. I am planning to return on Sept 15 to USA and submit the new extension for my H1 Visa.
1)Do you see any issues with Visa stamping ?
2)If no issues, have you seen a successful case recently in a similar scenrio ?
3)My return date from India is Sept 20, 2017.Is this fine ?
