Admin Processing - Case got revoked
I have visited US Embassy Delhi on 1st May for Visa Stamping and received yellow slip 221G –Admin Processing.
VO asked if I were out of status anytime in US and kept petition copies and told me to wait for 2 to 7 business days.
No communication from them yet.
I went ahead and opened a case with [email protected] this morning and got the below response:
Please note that the petition submitted by you was revoked and is not valid. Please contact your petitioner regarding the same and submit a valid and active petition in order to process the case further. The requested documents should be submitted through any of the dropbox facilities at http://www.ustraveldocs.com/in/in-loc-documentdropoff.asp".
We request you to submit the requested documents along with the 221g letter, email copy, and CGI submission form (2 copies) at any one of the drop-off locations between Monday-Friday 10am to 4pm. My employer is clearly saying that they have not revoked, and did not receive any information regarding this.
Also, when I check H1 status on https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do It also show, case was REOPENED on 22nd March 2016.However I had received my approval notice on 22nd Mar 2016.
Please suggest.
