Hi,
I am currently working in USA with employer 2 (with employer 1 stamping and it is valid till June-2018). I want to travel this month end to India for personal reasons. I will get the employer 2 stamping during this visit which will also be valid June-2018. I attended one interview for employer 3 and they will start the H1 transfer during last week of this month which will take at least 3 months to get approved as it will be regular processing. I will come back to US on last week of July after employer 2 stamping is done. I will quit employer 2 after I receive the H1 transfer receipt & after I am back to US. All VISA class that I am talking about is only H1B.
1. Will there be any issue during employer 2 stamping if H1 transfer is initiated by emplyer 3 before stamping?
2. Will there be any issue for H1 transfer petition as I am travelling when the petition is initiated/pending and get the employer 2 stamping?
