Question on H4

Hello,
My wife is about to take her H4 visa interview at chennai in a couple of months, her company is trying to send her to Germany in 3 months on a project. Will the H4 stamping on her passport would cause any problem for her employment visa to Germany?
Can any one please reply me

there will not be any problem. She cannot work only in the US while on H4.
