Hi,
I need suggestion on the below scenarios
1. Can we file 2 petitions from two different employers?
2. If both got picked
a. And my F1 visa is going to end on July and i want to apply for another school admission any problems will arise.
b. To apply for CAP-GAP my school requesting me to submit I-797 & offer letter to issue CAP-GAP I-20, if provide my
current employer one, is there any problem for my second petition?
Please advise me on the above situations.
