New H1B petition
Hi All please advice me in applying to cap-gap or another school. As i ma currently on OPT Stem extension it is going to end on August, and this two different employers are filed my H1B and both petitions got picked.
Now My question is if apply to school for CAP_GAP they are requesting the I-797 and offer letter from my employer., so if i provide with one employer is there any problem for my petitions as they will be appear in my SEVIS.
if i want to take another admission for the safe side doe these petitions will impact anything?
How I need to proceed?
Please give me sugesstions on my case.
