Hi,

My H1b lottery was cleared in 2013 after that I got the status as RFE , failing to submit the docs my case was withdrawn by the employer.

My question is, whether i can use the same case number to file a fresh H1b petition?

If yes, can I file from different employer?

I doubt you can as the petition was never approved.
