H1 Transfer when not stamped and company got closed

Hi,
I applied H1B visa through company A. Got selected in lottery and went for interview. Got a 221g pink slip and embassy requested for more company information. After providing the information, the embassy sent it to USCIS for further processing. In the mean time, the company A got closed. So I am stuck. My question is, if I am already selected in the lottery, is it possible that some other company files the visa again for me. Do note that I do not have the original documents. Only xerox.
