I am currently working in US for employer A on H1B , expiry date is 5th Aug 2017. Employer A has filed for an extension 2 weeks back. Meanwhile, I got an offer from Employer B and it is willing to initiate H1B transfer+extension.
Q1) Is it safe to join Employer B on the basis of Receipt notice as premium processing is suspended and also while Employer A's extension petition is in pending status?
Q2) Will Emp B's result be dependent on Employer A's extension request's result?
Q3) Do I need to go for re-stamping?
