H4 EAD Help with I-797C
Need info on applying H4 EAD with Approval notice I-797C for I-140.. I have only received a copy of I-797C Approval notice for my I-140.. can I use this to apply for H4 EAD for my spouse? or do I need to have the I-797 copy?
