Hi,
I have got a job offer and new employer is ready to process visa and GC for me. I completed 5 years in my H1B visa and new employer is planning to process H1B transfer based on my i140 and they will file GC on 9 months after employment.
So is it safe to change the job at the 5th year in H1B with approved i140 (i140 got approved for more than 180 days now)?
