Need H4 for my wife & 2 kids
Hello,
I am an H1B worker in US and came here 6 months ago. Now I want to bring my family which includes my wife and 2 kids (3 & 1 year old). I have following questions if you can answer please
1- Do my wife & kids need to file a petition for H4 visa ?
2- Do they need to fill DS-160 ?
3- Do they need to pay visa interview fee separately or just my wife would pay the fee ?
Any additional document required ?
