    Concurrent filing of h4 and h4 ead

    Hi,
    Currently My wife is on her opt stem extension. I want to move her to h4 ead. I also want no break in her employment. I am thinking to file both h4 and h4 ead concurrently. Does anyone knows if both the approvals happen at the same time. If not how long or what is the time gap between the two.
