H1B Withdrawn/Revoked

Hi All,

My current employer threatening me to cancel my H1B and saying my new employer has to pay to my current employer.

Whereas my last date is July 14 2017 in my current employer and my new employer filed my H1b transfer but not received the file number(Only having tracking no).

Please help me to understand the risk in this scenario.

Current employer withdrawing their h1 petition does not make you cap subject, you will still be cap exempt.Tell them threats would not work and you would not mind going to DOL and complain against their unfair practices.
